    I just finished reading the mindset guide and am so excited to put it into practice. I think it was that nudge I needed to help me take action and accountability, just from reading it I had a better night solo with both babies while my partner was out, I felt more accepting of what was (toddler not eating a lot of dinner), less guilt for needing to do what I gotta do (had to put baby to bed so toddler got 15minutes of screen time- it’s okay) and just overall am feeling optimistic. I might even go to my favorite yoga class this Sunday! Might….Im still a little nervous about leaving baby 😹. Baby steps.
